1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Dovia: Daily To Do List ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Dovia is a personal productivity application that allows you to create, track, and manage daily tasks and routines. The App offers a free tier with limited features and a premium tier ("Dovia Pro") with full access.
3. License
Dovia is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a different license is provided for Dovia in the App Store. These Terms explain Dovia’s app-specific purchase, data, and support arrangements and do not replace applicable App Store terms or your mandatory consumer rights.
4. Free Tier Limitations
The free tier of Dovia allows you to create up to 5 tasks. Additional features and unlimited tasks are available through a Dovia Pro subscription.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Dovia Pro is available through the following options:

The app displays localized prices from the App Store before purchase. The price, currency, billing period, taxes, and any offer shown in the App Store purchase confirmation apply to your purchase.
5.1 Auto-Renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
5.2 Free Trials
A free trial or introductory offer may be available to eligible users when configured in the App Store. The app shows the eligible trial duration and the subscription price that applies afterward before purchase. Offer availability and eligibility are determined by the App Store; a trial is not guaranteed for every user.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, a trial converts to the paid subscription at the disclosed price and billing period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access to premium features until then.

5.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to its policies. We do not process refunds directly.
5.5 Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's Settings screen.
6. User Data
Your tasks, lists, reminders, and completion history are stored on your device, including local widget snapshots. Dovia does not provide its own cloud-sync or cloud-backup service. Device backups controlled by Apple or your device settings are managed separately. You are responsible for any backups you choose to maintain.
Deleting local app data or uninstalling Dovia does not cancel a subscription or erase purchase records retained by Apple or RevenueCat. Manage subscription renewal in your App Store account settings. Purchase restoration restores eligible Pro access, not your deleted task/list data.

7. Intellectual Property
Dovia’s original design, branding, and code belong to Cihan Koc. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. Nothing in these Terms grants a right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements beyond the applicable app license.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or harmful components
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cihan Koc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or lost profits.
10. Changes to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These app-specific Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring claims in your country of residence. The applicable Apple EULA governs the app license.
